Order Processing
Most products available on Little Forge Co. are manufactured after an order is placed. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, while customized or hand-painted products may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the order.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners across India. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the delivery location.
Estimated delivery:
Metro cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production has begun. Once manufacturing or customization has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customized Products
Since many of our products are personalized, customized, or made-to-order, such items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
● Order number
● Photographs of the damaged product
● Photographs of the shipping package
We will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
● Customized products
● Products damaged due to misuse
● Normal wear and tear
● Products returned without prior approval
